Qualified Early Years Practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education)
Unqualified Candidates with a passion for working with children (training can be provided)

For Qualified Staff:

Minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
Experience in a nursery or childcare setting
Knowledge of EYFS framework
DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
Right to work in the UK

For Unqualified Staff:

Genuine interest in childcare and early education
Willingness to learn and complete training (e.g. apprenticeships or in-house training)
Reliability and a caring nature
DBS check (or willingness to undergo one)
Right to work in the UK
